The Top Five Regrets of the Dying – A Life Transformed by the Dearly Departing.
"For many years I worked in palliative care. My patients were those who had gone home to die. Some incredibly special times were shared. I was with them for the last three to twelve weeks of their lives.
People grow a lot when they are faced with their own mortality. I learnt never to underestimate someone’s capacity for growth. Some changes were phenomenal. Each experienced a variety of emotions, as expected, denial, fear, anger, remorse, more denial and eventually acceptance. Every single patient found their peace before they departed though, every one of them.
When questioned about any regrets they had or anything they would do differently, common themes surfaced again and again.

Here are the most common five:
1. I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.
This was the most common regret of all. When people realise that their life is almost over and look back clearly on it, it is easy to see how many dreams have gone unfulfilled. Most people had not honoured even a half of their dreams and had to die knowing that it was due to choices they had made, or not made.
It is very important to try and honour at least some of your dreams along the way. From the moment that you lose your health, it is too late. Health brings a freedom very few realise, until they no longer have it.
2. I wish I hadn’t worked so hard.
This came from every male patient that I nursed. They missed their children’s youth and their partner’s companionship. Women also spoke of this regret. But as most were from an older generation, many of the female patients had not been breadwinners. All of the men I nursed deeply regretted spending so much of their lives on the treadmill of a work existence.
By simplifying your lifestyle and making conscious choices along the way, it is possible to not need the income that you think you do. And by creating more space in your life, you become happier and more open to new opportunities, ones more suited to your new lifestyle.
3. I wish I’d had the courage to express my feelings.
Many people suppressed their feelings in order to keep peace with others. As a result, they settled for a mediocre existence and never became who they were truly capable of becoming. Many developed illnesses relating to the bitterness and resentment they carried as a result.
We cannot control the reactions of others. However, although people may initially react when you change the way you are by speaking honestly, in the end it raises the relationship to a whole new and healthier level. Either that or it releases the unhealthy relationship from your life. Either way, you win.
4. I wish I had stayed in touch with my friends.
Often they would not truly realise the full benefits of old friends until their dying weeks and it was not always possible to track them down. Many had become so caught up in their own lives that they had let golden friendships slip by over the years. There were many deep regrets about not giving friendships the time and effort that they deserved. Everyone misses their friends when they are dying.
It is common for anyone in a busy lifestyle to let friendships slip. But when you are faced with your approaching death, the physical details of life fall away. People do want to get their financial affairs in order if possible. But it is not money or status that holds the true importance for them. They want to get things in order more for the benefit of those they love. Usually though, they are too ill and weary to ever manage this task. It all comes down to love and relationships in the end. That is all that remains in the final weeks, love and relationships.
5. I wish that I had let myself be happier.
This is a surprisingly common one. Many did not realise until the end that happiness is a choice. They had stayed stuck in old patterns and habits. The so-called ‘comfort’ of familiarity overflowed into their emotions, as well as their physical lives. Fear of change had them pretending to others, and to their selves, that they were content. When deep within, they longed to laugh properly and have silliness in their life again.
When you are on your deathbed, what others think of you is a long way from your mind. How wonderful to be able to let go and smile again, long before you are dying.
Life is a choice. It is YOUR life. Choose consciously, choose wisely, choose honestly. Choose happiness."

Nani anastahili kuwa mwana wa Mungu?

Bwana Yesu asifiwe!
Ndugu zangu wapendwa katika Kristo, swali hili ni gumu sana kulijibu kwa kutumia uzoefu. Njia rahisi ya kupata jawabu sahihi ni kwa kurejea katika misingi inayotupatia sifa za kuwa wana wa Mungu. Tuanze kwa kuangalia Biblia inasemaje katika kitabu cha Yohana 1:12 inasema
"Bali wote waliompokea aliwapa uwezo wa kufanyika watoto wa Mungu, ndio wale waliaminio jina lake" mstari wa 13 unaongezea kusema "waliozaliwa, si kwa damu, wala si kwa mapenzi ya mwili, wala si kwa mapenzi ya mtu, bali kwa Mungu".

Kwa hiyo katika kifungu hicho cha biblia tumeona mojawapo ya sifa anazostahili mtu ili kuwa mwana wa Mungu, ya kuwa ni lazima umpokee Yesu Kristo kuwa Bwana na Mwokozi wa Maisha yako ndipo utafanyika kuwa mwana wa Mungu. Kufanyika huku sio kwa kuzaliwa na wala si kwa mapenzi ya mtu bali Mungu Mwenyewe. Ni kwa wewe kuamini na kukiri ya kuwa Yesu ni Mwokozi wa maisha yako.

Vilevile katika kitabu cha Warumi sura ya nane mlango wa kumi na nne (Warumi 8:14) tunasoma "Kwa kuwa wote wanaoongozwa na Roho wa Mungu, hao ndio wana wa Mungu"
Kwahiyo, ukishampokea Yesu Kristo kuwa Bwana na Mwokozi wa maisha yako yeye huingia ndani yako na kukaa nawe, kama asemavyo katika Ufunuo 3:20 ya kwamba " Tazama, nasimama mlangoni, nabisha; mtu akiisikia sauti yangu, na kuufungua mlango, nitaingia kwake, nami nitakula pamoja naye, na yeye pamoja nami. Huyo ndiye Roho aliyekuja baada yake kama Yesu alivyosema katika kitabu cha Yohana 16:13-14 Lakini yeye atakapokuja, huyo Roho wa kweli, atawaongoza awatie kwenye kweli yote. Huyu Roho ndiye aongozaye wana wa Mungu.
Ndugu mpendwa, mpaka sasa nafikiri utakuwa umepata walau taswira ya nani ni mwana wa Mungu. Kupitia ufahamu huo  ulioupata ni matumaini yangu kuwa umeijua nafasi yako kwa Mungu. Kwa Jina la Yesu Kristo nakuomba uchukue uamuzi sahihi wa kumtafuta Mungu ili ufanyike kuwa Mwana.
Mungu na akufanikishe.

Je, Njia zako ni sahihi mbele za Mungu?

Ni ukweli kabisa, tena usiopingika, unaishi upendavyo, na hakuna wa kuingilia maisha yako.

Lakini je, wajua hatima ya maisha hayo?

Biblia inasema “iko njia ionekanayo kuwa sawa machoni pa mtu; lakini mwisho wake ni mauti” ^{Mithali 16:25}

Hapana si hukumu ni ukweli, usipotii na kufuata amri na sheria za Mungu hayo ndio matokeo yake. Basi yakague hayo maisha yako, je? hayavunji na kukiuka maagizo, amri na sheria za Mungu?

Bila shaka utasema ndio! Mungu akusaidie kujitambua uko wapi.

Je, hakuna mambo yamchukizayo Mungu?

 Kama “mambo ya kiburi, ulimi wa uongo, na mikono imwagayo damu isiyo na hatia; moyo uwazao maw mabya; miguu iliyo myepesi kukimbilia maovu; shahidi wa uwongo asemaye uongo; naye apandaye  mbigu za fitina kati ya ndugu? Tafakari!

Je, hakuna hali ya kuwa rafiki wa dunia?

Soma mstari huu wa biblia kutoka Yakobo 4:4 “enyi wazinzi, hamjui ya kwamba kuwa rafiki wa dunia hujifanya kuwa adui wa Mungu?”

Je, hujatawaliwa na matendo ya mwili?

Najua utajiuliza ni yapi hayo, ni yafuatayo usipate shida:- uasherati, uchafu, ufisadi, ibada ya sanamu, uchawi, uadui, ugomvi, wivu, hasira, fitina, faraka, uzushi, husuda, ulevi, ulafi, na mambo yafananayo na hayo; ambayo watu watendao mambo ya jinsi hiyo hawataurithi ufalme wa Mungu; yaani watakwenda jehanamu ya moto. Sijajitungia hayo, soma Wagalatia 5:19 utaona.

Jiepushe ndugu yangu kuzimu hakufai usiwe mbishi, haya maisha yasikupe kiburi yanapita tu, ipo sehemu uendako kukaa milele, itafute yenye manufaa kwako.Usipoteze wakati amua kubadilika, hujachelewa, mgeukia Mungu na umtafute kwa bidii ili umuone akupe uhakika wa maisha yako ya baadaye. Mpe Yesu maisha yako atakuongoza katika njia ya kumpendeza Mungu kuelekea Paradiso.

Kwa nini dhambi umeifanya sehemu ya maisha yako?

Hujui ya kuwa watenda dhambi wote wataishia jehanamu ya moto?

Kwa nini hutaki kuacha dhambi zako?

Ndio, unasema umeokoka mbona uzinzi hauachwi kutajwa kwako, ni wewe ni vidada, wanawake, unabadili kama bodaboda? Madada nao wanabadili wanaume kama ice cream katika mazingira ya joto.

Sikia biblia inasema, mti usiozaa hukatwa na kutupwa motoni, wewe uliumbwa ukiwa mzabibu mwema, imekuwaje leo uwe mzabibu mwitu? Acha mara moja

Kumbuka Yesu alikufa msalabani kwa ajili yako, alimwaga damu yake ili wewe uwe huru. Mbona hutaki kukubali makosa yako, utasemehewaje usipokubali kosa, kubali kosa na omba msamaha kwa Mungu haraka, neema yake yakutosha.

Achana na mazingira yote yanayokurudisha katika hali ya dhambi. Biblia inasema Mwana akikuweka huru utakuwa huru kweli kweli, kama unaona ipo nguvu ndani yako inayokusukuma kutenda dhambi hizo, nenda kwa Yesu akuweke huru uepukana na adha hizo unazopitia. 

Tazama maisha yako hayasongi mbele kila siku uko pale pale, tatizo ni dhambi unazotenda. Kumbuka, Tamaa ikichukua mimba huzaa dhambi, dhambi huzaa mauti. sasa kutokana na  dhambi zako mauti imetokea ndani yako ndio maana hakuna kwako kinachofanikiwa.

Yesu alisema njoni kwangu nyote wenye kulemewa na mizigo nami nitawapumzisha.

Sema nami maneno haya huku ukiwa umeshika kiuno chako ili kuvunja asili ya nguvu hiyo inayokusukuma kutenda dhambi

"Bwana Yesu nakupenda, wewe ni mzuri ulikufa msalabani kwa ajili yangu. Naomba damu yako ili ya thamani uliyomwaga msalabani inisafishe nakuniweka huru. Mimi (taja jina lako)......... leo nimeamua kuacha dhambi na kukufuata wewew Yesu katika maisha yangu yote. Wewe uliye alpha na Omega. Naomba Roho wako Mtakatifu aniongoze katika maisha yangu yote.

Tunapotea tunakwisha, tazama tunavyopukutika kwa uzinzi, uasherati, tamaa za mali, ujambazi. Baba nimekujia Wewe uliyetumaini na ngome yangu, msaada wangu wakati wa shida naomba usikie dua yangu na ukatuponye sisi tulio umbwa kwa mfano na sura yako, tuwe wa utukufu kwako, Tusilinajisi jina lako.

Zaidi bwana naomba mstari huu wa Isaya14:9-11 usiwe kimbilio letu vijana. Mahali petu pawe mbinguni paradiso. Tufurahi pamoja na wewe katika karamu ya Mwana kondoo.
"Kuzimu chini kumetaharuki kwa ajili yako,
Ili kukulaki utakapokuja;
Huwaamsha waliokufa kwa ajili yako,
Naam, walio wakuu wote wa dunia;
Huwainua wafalme wote wa mataifa,
Watoke katika viti vyao vya enzi.
Hao wote watajibbu na kukuambia,
Je, wewe nawe umekuwa dhaifu kama sisi!
fahari yako imeshushwa hata kuzimu, 
Na sauti ya vinanda vyako;
Funza wametandazwa chini yako,

There are so many people out there are in serious illness, sickness and experiencing tough suffering  and still they do not see the grace for healing. They have devoted all what they had to find the solution but things are becoming more worse. 
Your todays message is that, those suffering you are passing through, God had allowed it to happen for you to reach a point of giving your life to Jesus Christ. Once you accept Him as the Lord and Savior to your life  surely your spirit will be saved and consequently receive healing.

Files Hidden by Virus. How to Unhide Them?

The Solution

1. Insert the thumb drive to an empty USB slot. Take note the drive letter. For an example, F:.
2. Press Windows + R, and type “cmd“. Ok.

3. Enter this command,

            attrib -s -h -r f:/*.* /s /d

4. Press Enter and wait for the command to execute.
5. Open the thumb drive and you should see the files that were hidden by the virus.

 Nazilizoanguka penye miiba ni wale waliosikia, na katika kuenenda kwao husongwa na shughuli na mali, na anasa za maisha haya, wasiivishe lo lote. na zile penye udongo mzuri, ndio wale ambao kwa unyofu wa wema wa mioyo yao hulisikia neno, na kulishika; kisha huzaa matunda kwa kuvumila.

Bwana Yesu asifiwe,
habari niliyokuandikia si mara ya kwanza kuisikia, umeisoma mara nyingi na kuisikia sana tu. Kuna mambo yaliyonitokea mimi nilipokuwa nikitafakari juu ya jamii ya wakristo na hii ndio habari yake:-

Siku moja nilikuwa nasikiliza kipindi cha dini katika redio moja hapa nchini, kilikuwa kinazungumzia habari za kwaresma. Mtumishi wa Mungu aliyekuwa akihutubu alihutubu kwa umahili wote, kisha nikasema utukufu kwa Bwana.

Baada ya hapo maswali kadhaa yakanijia, nami sikuwa na majibu nikamuuliza Roho mtakatifu naye akanipatia majibu.

Swali:
Mbona hawa watu wanafundisha neno kama tunalosoma sisi, mahubiri yaleyale, tatizo ni nini hata sisi tuitwe walokole wao wasiitwe hivyo bali wote ni wakristo?

Majibu kutoka kwa Roho Mtakatifu:
 Ni kweli, hao wanaitwa wakristo kwa sababu wanafuata mambo yanayofundishwa na kristo, lakini wao wapo katika mfumo wa dini. Akaniambia dini ni utaratibu alioweka mwanadamu wa kumtafuta Mungu ndio maana makanisani kwao wana liturjia na vitabu vingine vya miongozo ya Ibada; na wokovu ni mpango wa Mungu kutafuta wanadamu, hivyo, waliookoka wametafutwa na Mungu mwenyewe na sio wao waliomtafuta na ibada zao MIMI (Roho mtakatifu) ndiye ninayeziongoza. 
Pia, akniambia, wao ni kama mimea iliyopandwa chini ya kivuli cha miti mikubwa, ambayo kwa desturi huwa dhaifu na haiwezi kuzaa matunda. ndipo akanikumbusha kwamba mti wowote usio zaa matunda huukata na kuutupa motoni ukateketezwe.

Ndugu zangu Mungu yupo naye anatafuta watu kwa njinsi hii kwamba uisikie sauti yake ya wito wa wokovu kupitia watumishi wake naye akuweke katika orodha ya watoto wake.

MAMBO MATATU YA MSINGI ILI IMANI YAKO ITHIBITIKE

Imani chanzo chake ni kusikia na kusikia huja kwa neno la Kristo. Hivyo ili uitwe mtu mwenye imani ya Kristo lazima uwe msikilizaji wa habari za kristo, na zaidi uwe na utayari wa kuyatendea kazi yale uliyosikia ili imani yako iwe hai, kwa sababu imeandikwa Imani bila matendo imekufa. Pia biblia inasema Imani ni hakika ya mambo yatarajiwayo, ni bayana ya mambo yasiyionekana. Hivyo ili uweze kupokea ahadi za Mungu ni lazima uwe mkamilifu katika imani. Ndio maana anasema mwenye haki wangu ataishi kwa imani, akiwa mwenye moyo wa kusitasita roho yangu haitamfurahia.

Mambo matatu ya msingi ili imani yako ithibitike

1. Anza kuyawekea msingi yale mambo yote ambayo Mungu anataka uyafanye, yafanye kwa moyo wako wote. Iwe katika moyo mgumu, akili inakataa we fanya. Kufanya hivyo kunaonyesha utii kwa Mungu. Utii ni kufanya vile Mungu anataka na si kama vile wewe unavyotaka.
2. Jifunze kukiri neno, hata kama mazingira yanakataa. Mfano: usianze kusema mimi siwezi kufanya biashara kwani kila nikianza nashindwa, bali sema utafanya kwani yupo afanyaye.

• Jifunze kunena mema, na sio kutamka mabaya. Mfano: Ukoo wetu wala sio wa watu wenye akili. Wote tunaishia form 6 tu; au familia yetu sisi wote ni maskini hakuna hata mmoja mwenye baiskeli.
• Uonyapo kuanzia neno kwanza hata la mwisho onyesha imani.
• Jitahidi kuongea maneno yanayojenga, mtu wa imani haongei maneno negative.

1. Jifunze kuwahi kwenye kusanyiko takatifu kila mara,
   usiahirishe kwenda kwenye kusanyiko na watakatifu wenzako kwa sababu zako. Mfano. Kama unafungu la kumi leo, usingoje kutoa kesho toa leo. Kufanya hivyo kunaharakisha mipango ya Mungu kutimia kwako haraka. Wepesi wa kufanya mambo ya Mungu kunafanya yeye Mungu afanye kwa wepesi aliyokuaahidia. Jifunze kubadilika kila inapoitwa leo i.e. jifunze kujikosoa, usingoje watu wakukosoe.

Kama ungependa kuokoka na uone utamu wa Imani hii yetu kwa Mungu katika Kristo Yesu sema sala hii

"Bwana Yesu, asante kwa kunifia msalabani ili kulipa deni za dhambi zangu. Naomba unisamehe makosa, uovu na dhambi zote nilizokutendea. Naomba Bwana unisafishe kwa damu yako takatifu ili niwe safi mbele zako nisiye na hatia. Naomba ufute na jina langu katika kile kitabu cha hukumu na uliandike katika kitabu cha uzima. Ee Bwana nipatie na Roho wako mtakatifu akaniongoze katika maisha yangu haya mapya ili nikuone ukitembea name. Amina"

Ni mara nyingine tena tumepata fursa ya kuhabarishana mambo machache juu ya ufalme wetu wa Mbinguni ambao mimi Happynus Pilula ni balozi wake mwaminifu hapa duniani kwa wito mkuu nilioitiwa na Bwana wetu Yesu Kristo kama mathayo 22:14 inavyosema "walioitwa ni wengi lakini wateule ni wachache.

Namshukuru Mungu kwa kuniweka katika kundi la wateule yaani wana wa Mungu waliopewa neema ya kufunuliwa mambo ya mbinguni na duniani. Pia wenye haki wake yaani warithi pamoja na mwanae mpendwa Yesu Kristu ambaye ndiye mzaliwa wa kwanza kwa kila kiumbe na aliyepewa kumiliki kila kitu kilichopo hapa duniani. Huo ndio utajiri wangu.

Basi tusome 1 Yohana 2:18-27 ndio kifungu kikuu kitakachotuongoza katika kumchambua mpinga kristo.

¹⁸ Watoto, ni wakati wa mwisho;na kama vile mlivyosikia kwamba mpinga kristo yuaja, hata sasa wapinga Kristo wengi wamekwisha kuwepo. Kwa sababu hiyo twajua ya kuwa ni wakati wa mwisho.19 Walitoka kwetu, lakini hawakuwa wa kwetu. Maana kama wangalikuwa wa kwetu, wangalikaa pamoja nasi. Lakini walitoka ili wafunuliwe kwamba si wote walio wa kwetu. ²⁰ Nanyi mmepakwa mafuta na yeye aliye Mtakatifu nanyi mnajua nyote^.21 Sikuwaandikia ninyi kwa sababu hamwijui iliyo kweli, bali kwa sababu mwaijua, tena kwamba hapana uongo wowote utokao katika hiyo kweli. ²² Ni nani aliye mwongo ila yeye akanaye ya kuwa Yesu ni Kristo? Huyu ndiye Mpinga Kristo, yeye amkanaye Baba na Mwana.²³ kila amkanaye Mwana hanaye Baba; amkiriye Mwana naye Baba pia. ²⁴ Ninyi basi, hilo mlilolisikia tangu mwanzo na likae ndani yenu. Ikiwa hilo mlilolisikia tangu mwanzo lnakaa ndani yenu, ninyi nanyi mtakaa ndani ya mwana na ndani ya Baba.

Mpinga Kristo ni nani?

Mpinga Kristo ni roho ya uasi ndani ya mtu. Uasi huu unakuwa juu ya jambo lolote lile la kiungu. Roho hii ya uasi kamwe haimkiri Yesu kuwa ni Mwana wa Mungu

Unawezaje kumtambua mpinga Kristo

• Anatabia za Kiburi
  
• Anajifanya anajua kila kitu
  
• Anajihesabia haki; yaani yeye Ni bora mbele za Mungu kuliko wengine, kama ni wokovu basi yeye ndiye aliyeokoka wengine wana mark time, hawajasimama katika wokovu.
  
• Hapokei ushauri uwao wowote.
  

Nifanyaje ili kujiepusha naye?

Kabla ya kuepukana nae ni lazima utambue mazingira ya kukutana nae, vilevile utambua kwamba kazi ya huyu mpinga kristo ni kukujengea Imani mpya ndani yako juu ya kile ulichokuwa ukikiamini mwanzo. Imani hii inapatikana kwa kusikia. Kupitia maskio tunasikia, kisha tunatafakari na tunajenga imani ndani yetu. Kwa hiyo, mpinga Kristo anaweza kuwa Mtu yeyote aliye na hiyo roho ya uasi haijarishi ni mtumishi wa Mungu ( mchungaji, Mtume, Nabii, Mwalimu, Mwinjilisti, Askofu) au nani wote inaweza kuwavaa maadamu wametega maskio yao na kufungua mioyo yao na kuhifadhi habari hizo wanazosikia. Kwa hiyo unapowategea maskio yako na kusikiliza habari wanazokuambia juu ya ufalme wa mbinguni na watumishi wa Mungu ambazo kwa uhalisia si kweli, ni fitina tu za kutungwa, ujue tayari hao wametekwa na Ibilisi. Kimbia mara moja na kaa mbali nao kabisa. Hao ni njia ya kukupeleka kuzimu. Mungu mwenyewe amesema "usimguse masihi wangu" wewe ni nani unaye kashfu wenzako? Hiyo ni roho ya Uasi. Roho hii kwa asili innguvu kubwa sana ya kuambukiza kwa wengine. Hawezi kupotea mtu mmoja, lazima aondoke na kundi kubwa.

Pia tumesoma kwamba hawa watu wengine (wapinga Kristo) walikuwa kwetu, inamaana kwamba tulikuwa nao katika huduma zetu lakini wakatoka na kujitenga na kuanza kutunena vibaya pamoja na Kristo Bwana wetu. Ukiona hivyo kaa nao mbali sio wa kwetu hao. Si unajua ule usemi unaosema "kwenye msafara wa mamba hata kenge wapo" ndivyo hata hao. Ndio maana Yohana anatuasa kwamba hawa walifunuliwa tu ili sisi tujue kwamba miongoni mwetu wamo wengi tu wasio wa kwetu yaani wana wa Mungu.

Nitajuaje kama nina elekea kutekwa na roho ya uasi?

Roho ya uasi inapokaribia kuteka nafsi ya mtu, kitu kikubwa inachofanya nikubatirisha ushuhuda wote alionao huyo mtu kuhusu Yesu, Mtumishi wa Mungu Fulani au Huduma fulani au kanisa fulani. Mfano; ulipookoka uliamini kabisa kwamba Yesu anaponya, na wewe ukapokea kabisa huo uponyaji kwa magonjwa sugu yaliyokuwa yanakusibu. Halafu leo unageuka na kusema kanisa Fulani nina mashaka nao, wanatumia nguvu za Nigeria, ni ma- Freemasons wale kuweni makini nao. Wee mwanadamu wee!!!

Angalizo, shika sana kilichokuvuta kwa Kristo yaani huo ushuhuda wako wa awali, huu ndio nguvu yako ya kuendelea kusonga mbele ukichuchumilia ile mede ya thamani. Hakuna jabali litakalo kuangausha ukisimama katika shuhuda za Yesu katika maisha yako.Mungu wa Mbinguni akupe neema ya kumshinda Ibilisi na kuipinga roho hii ya uasi.

"Bwana Yesu, asante kwa kunifia msalabani ili kulipa deni za dhambi zangu. Naomba unisamehe makosa, uovu na dhambi zote nilizokutendea. Naomba Bwana unisafishe kwa damu yako takatifu ili niwe safi mbele zako nisiye na hatia. Naomba ufute na jina langu katika kile kitabu cha hukumu na uliandike katika kitabu cha uzima. Ee Bwana nipatie na Roho wako mtakatifu akaniongoze katika maisha yangu haya mapya ili nikuone ukitembea name. Amina"

HOW TO WORK WITH A BAD BOSS

At some point in our careers, we all face having to work for a bad boss. Unfortunately, just because we think they are bad does not mean everyone else does. No matter how much they frustrate us, bad bosses do not always get called out and replacing them can be difficult. That means it is important to learn how to work for them.Most of them shares some behaviors.

Their behavior is arrogant, quick-tempered and controlling. Their motives are typically selfish and manipulative. They show little concern for others and few signs of understanding why others do not trust them. Most of all, they are quite unaware of their failings and the impact they have on their subordinates. No only do they see no need to change, they often make their high-handed behavior a source of pride 

Here are six types of bad bosses and tips for working with them:

The Unorganized Boss: This boss ca not keep data and information flow straight, much less organize the people who come up with that data. This means you will have to manage the flow—or at least the part of the flow that applies to you. Consider keeping e-mail strings, documenting notes from meetings, and being ready to take on extra administration responsibilities to help things move smoothly.

The Lying Boss: We assume leaders are honest by virtue of their role, but this is not always true. A lying boss is frustrating and may put you in an awkward position. Always take the high road, reminding him what he said in previous conversations. For difficult situations, bring a colleague to the meeting so you are not the only one hearing and substantiating what is said.

The Career-Ambitious Boss: Ambition is not usually a negative, but it can go sour if your boss ends up taking all the credit when things are go well and pointing fingers when they do not. The best news if you work for this type of person is they will not be around long. If they are successful, they will quickly move up and on. If they are not, they will go someplace else. In the meantime, the better you can make this boss look, the happier she will be. And who knows, you might be a beneficiary of her promotion.

The Always-Late Boss: This boss is never on time for meetings, which wastes your time and can even make you look bad. This is not likely to change, so learn to cope by setting work aside or bringing it with you so you will always have something productive to do while you are waiting. If your boss is late for meetings with others, go ahead and have a mini-meeting before your boss arrives and try to cover the agenda items your boss does not need to be there for anyway.

The Last-Minute Boss: This boss just can not get around to assigning work until the last minute, usually the night before the project is due or on Friday afternoons before long weekends. Take control of this situation by constantly asking what is coming up and showing the initiative that demonstrates you want to get ahead. You might also want to be flexible during the times when you think a project might come your way.

The No-Bad-News Boss: On the surface, having a boss who is always positive looks like a good thing, but you need the bad news with the good if you want to improve. Plus, if you do not get any of the bad news, you can not put in context what is good. With this boss, it is important to ask them to share both good and bad news, and make those situations comfortable for them. Be sure to ask how you can improve and better support the business.

Unfortunately, this is not an exhaustive list of bad boss behaviors; a boss can be difficult to work with beyond what we have described. But unless you are this boss’s only direct report, know you are not alone. Look to other colleagues who report to this boss for emotional and career support. And who knows, with a little group support and intervention, the bad boss might become a good one.

Remember; those tips are not easy to follow you need a higher spirit from God to live them, because in the frustrating environments each and everything you see is annoying. This is spirit is called the Holy Spirit and you can get Him just after having received Jesus Christ as your personal Savior.

"Lord Jesus Christ, thanks for your death on the cross, which gave me the key to my salvation. i know I am a sinner, forgive me from all my faults and wash me with your precious blood. Delete my name from the book of death and write it to the book of life. Give me your Holy Spirit to take control of my life from today. Let it be known from today that it is not me who live but YOU in me. In Jesus name, Amen."

Thank you my beloved, Lord Jesus Christ, for bringing me to this blog where I meet a very useful document to help solving the tragedy of youth life (the sexual temptation), I ask your Holy Spirit to take me through the page and teach me all the techniques I should use to win this battle. Amen

For long time you may have been seeking the weapons to win sexual temptation over your body unsuccessful. Today the Holy Spirit is conveying this message to you to equip with the new techniques. Make sure follow the tips given for each category of sexual temptation. I believe it will help to meet your desires. Keep in touch, to the guidelines victory is destined to you. Do not hesitate to share your testimony with us and your peers.

 

A: CAUGHT IN SEXUAL SIN BUT HARD TIME GETTING OUT

1. Ask for grace and strength to immediately stop, leave

2. Flee the area (Joseph)

3. Avoid situation in future

4. Confess

5. Accountability partner

B: IF YOU WILL BE GOING INTO A TEMPTING SITUATION because of work, away from wife

1. Fast and pray

2. Develop plan of action to follow

3. Ask others to pray for you

4. Set up and talk with accountability partner

C: VICTIMIZED BY INCEST

1. Seek qualified Christian counseling

2. Ask God for wisdom, healing, peace

D: TEMPTED TO MASTURBATE

1. Ask God to fill you with His Spirit, take control of all, esp. mind

2. Recognize you are dead to sin, resist the devil (James 4:7)

3. Pray and read Bible daily

4. Healing from stress, anxieties, show you what is behind this

5. Remove anything that could cause wrong thoughts

6. Keep away from opportunities

7. Accountability, prayer partner

8. Go for a run or exercise

E: CYBERSEX TEMPTATION

1. Turn computer off immediately

2. Resist, reckon dead, and flee

3. Screen on computer, keep in family room

4. Get rid on internet access or of computer

F: IMPURE THOUGHTS CAUSED BY WORLD – watching movie, see girl in office

1. Turn off TV, close eyes in movie, and turn back to girl

2. Quote scripture or sing praise song to get mind on God 

G: IMPURE THOUGHTS BY DEMONIC FORCES – thoughts pop into mind

1. Quote and obey James 4:7 submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

2. Resist, rebuke in prayer, and reject thoughts

3. Picture yourself dead to sin on the cross

4. If necessary, confess thoughts you hung onto, fed

5. Quote scripture or sing hymn – God inhabits our praise Ps 22:3

6. If necessary, call friend for prayer support 

May the mighty hand of our precious Lord be with you in the battle.
